Pub Walks

When doing a pub walk, the app works like Sat Nav but with footpath data, so you can see your location and direction as you walk around the route. Very easy to follow and no need to read lengthy text descriptions of the walk.

There are over 200 hand-selected circular Pub Walks from around the country with GPS navigation and fully offline maps.

Every pub walk on the app is between 2 and 10 miles long and every walk has a lovely pub directly on the route.

You can view the pub walks in the list tab that shows you the walks nearest to you wherever you are, or you can browse the pub walks using the map tab to investigate walks anywhere in the country.

The app includes details of the walk (distance, estimated time, recommended direction and a summary description) and all of the details about the pub that you need (contact details, directions, photo, description, dog policy, food and facilities).

There is a map for each pub walk that shows you the circular route from the front door of each pub. As you start a pub walk, it shows you your location and direction as you walk around, making it very easy to follow without getting lost.

All of the pub walk maps are stored in the original download so the app works completely offline and you do not need an internet signal for the app to work when you do the walk.

This is just the beginning of an exciting project and we hope to add new pub walks all over the UK in regular updates to the app.
